Michelle Amato, singer for Orlando Jazz Band The MasterSounds
Pete Portee Bass, Vocals Pete Portee was born and raised near Springfield,  Illinois. He served in the Navy in Vietnam and performed  with the Navy Band in Washington, D.C.  After a  successful audition at Walt Disney World, Pete relocated  to Orlando, and performed at Disney for 30 years.  He has worked with several  internationally recognized bands at Disney including:  The World Band, the  Dixie Deltas, Kids of the Kingdom, and the Mardi Gras Sounds.  He has also  performed with Kelly Clarkson, Chuck Berry, Lou Rawls, Roberta Flack, and  many other stars.  He has played in various jazz combos, wedding bands and  show bands.  Pete has also performed on numerous recording sessions. In  addition to playing bass, he is a multi- instrumentalist and vocalist.  He plays  guitar, trumpet, flute, and tuba.  Pete is an “in-demand” musician in Central  Florida, and currently plays bass for The MasterSounds.
